The Pine Township Municipal Building at 545 Barkeyville Rd. and Pine Township Community Center at 549 Barkeyville Rd. are located on Route 208, east of Grove City. It is located approximately 4 miles from Prime Outlets on exit 113 off of I-79 or on exit 24 off of I-80. Pine Township was established on February 17, 1851 from the central part of Wolf Creek Township. It was once called “Pine Grove” Township. The first Settlers were John Perry, John Sutherland, James Miller, James Glenn and Thomas McCoy. The Township surrounds Grove City Borough and has four Townships and two Counties that border it.
