Pine Township operates a public water distribution system. It also owns and operates a public sewer collection system that serves areas of the township. Pine Township currently has approximately 1200 water and sewer customers. Pine Township currently has four full time public work employees to maintain roads, water, and sewer lines.
The Pine Township Volunteer Fire Co.(Pine Township Engine Company) is located at 1252 South Center St. Ext. The Fire Department proudly serves Pine and Wolf Creek Townships. P.T.E.Co.is Swift Water Rescue and Rescue Certified in which it aids volunteer fire departments in surrounding communities.
